Also，MK offers a team of sophisticated doctorate, master, expert, consultant and customer service personnel to utilizes resources, unimpeded service channels and in-depth understanding of relevant policies, regulations, and declaration process to better serve cosmetics enterprises worldwide.
Service Purpose
Nine Commitments Three Guarantees

01One-stop service, clients only need to provide necessary information and samples, We will do the rest；

02Every Client will pair up with a customer service personnel to follow the entire  process；

03We provide clients with standardized templates and blue print, to ensure the validity of all documents;

04We offer necessary translation and notarization；

05We offer design or re-design of the product packaging to meet regulations；

06We keep all information confidential；

07We ensure the products to be finished with the declaration process within 2-7 month base on the use of the product, and promise to acquire the CFDA Certificate as soon as possible;；

08Any product(s) that is/are rejected because of our mistakes, we will return all service fees and continue provide service until such product(s) obtains the CFDA Certificate;

09We will check-in with clients after 4 years for the renew of NMPA Certificate.
